  - Agentic Cluster Recommendations: MCP tools and an LLM agent that recommend cluster placement for new use cases. Reduced new-cluster support requests from 3-5 per week to roughly 2 per month.
  - Caching and Coordination Feature Freeze: Led a reliability-focused freeze that reduced on-call interruptions from about 30 per week to about 3 per week.
  - Memcached Auth and Encryption: Client-side encryption for Memcached credentials and keys, with under 1% throughput degradation compared to TLS in a proof of concept.
  - JDBI Upgrade: Migrated more than 800 repositories off JDBI 2 using OpenRewrite automation and a migration guide.
  - MySQL Cross-Region Replication: S3-based replication of tables from North America to other regions.
  - MySQL Online Schema Change Service: Guardrails and a tracking UI for online schema changes using PTOSC and GhOSC.
  - Ansible to Puppet Migration: Moved HBase, Hadoop, HDFS, and ZooKeeper configuration to Puppet, reducing rollouts from about a week to a few hours.
  - HState: Human-readable schemas for querying HBase data.
